Grupo Lar is one of the largest residential developers operating in Poland, with roots in Spain and Portugal. The commission was to document six residential estates in Warsaw for the developer’s marketing materials and investor presentations.
Residential estate photography for a developer at this scale means working across multiple locations, coordinating access, and delivering consistent material that works across different formats: website, print, investor decks.
Aerial and ground-level documentation
The documentation combined ground-level photography of facades, common areas and apartments with aerial drone photography of the estates and their urban context. Licensed ULC operator.
